The tone of the Fender Precision Bass was undeniably quintessential in shaping the sound of the classic Motown / Soul / Funk / R&B eras - the legendary records that would later become a staple in the sampling diet of Hip Hop producers.
This sample pack includes two octaves of each note individually played on a Fender 50's Precision Bass. From the open low E-String to the 9th fret on the G-String, each chromatically recorded note was then sampled with the Boss SP-202 at its various sample rates.
In details, expect to find 35 Precision Bass samples, each with 5 variations; see Specs Box for more details.
Also included is a reference guide listing the notes of all the Major and Minor scales in every key.
