LICENSE AGREEMENT
The following license agreement is granted for all the sounds purchased (or downloaded for free) on CremaSound webshop (cremasound.shop), CremaSound's Bandcamp (cremasound.bandcamp.com), and on any other media platform or third-party company selling the Cremacaffè and CremaSound sound libraries.
GRANT OF LICENSE
The Licensor (CremaSound, and/or Cremacaffè Design) grants the Licensee (You), a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any of the sounds covered by this agreement. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved exclusively by Licensor. A license revocation may occur if you breach any of the terms here below.
RIGHTS GRANTED & RESTRICTIONS
1) Licensee can use the licensed sounds on both personal and commercial projects, featuring audio and/or visuals, without attribution to CremaSound nor Cremacaffè Design.
2) Claiming ownership, resale, relicensing or other distribution of the sounds, either as they exist or any modification thereof is strictly prohibited.
3) Licensee can’t upload any of the licensed sounds in their original form to SoundCloud, Spotify, YouTube and/or on any social media platform, either for private or commercial use.
4) A right to use the sounds is granted only to the Licensee and is NOT transferable.
PLEASE NOTE: This license covers all CremaSound and Cremacaffè Design sound libraries, it may not apply to third party products that we represent at cremasound.com and cremacaffe.shop - if in doubt please contact us or the third party directly.
REFUND POLICY
CremaSound and Cremacaffè Design shall take the utmost care over the creation and maintenance of files and content. Nevertheless, CremaSound and/or Cremacaffè Design can’t offer a guarantee that files and content are suitable to and correct for the concrete requirements of the customer.
The Customer makes sure to read and understand Sound Libraries descriptive texts, in order to select the right product for his/her needs upon purchase.
CremaSound and/or Cremacaffè Design shall accept no liability for incorrect usage of files and content.
CremaSound and/or Cremacaffè Design will refund your full purchase price if one (or more) of the following conditions are met (conditions marked with an asterisk (*) are required):
• Your bank / Paypal account was illegally charged (fraud)
• You provide a reasonable explanation why the refund needs to be made.
• The zip file has not been downloaded. *
We cannot refund your order where you have accessed the sounds by downloading the zip.
Eligibility
A refund is eligible for 30 days from the date of purchase (found in your Order Confirmation Email).
Bundles
Due to special pricing policies applied to bundled products (they are priced below the regular List Price) we do not refund any bundled products. Please check the products you already own to make sure you do not buy any duplicates.
* A Download counts as such when a download action is commenced (and not completed). We do not monitor the completion of the download. Each click on the download link counts as one download attempt.
